stashes and stashes...

here is a glimpse of the
stacks and stashes around my studio.

and then there are the stashes
in my head.
and this giant pile
of everything beautiful
on the internets.

  1. What pretty stacks and stashes. I must have a go at pictures of mine, very messy though. Thanks for reading my blog.

  3. What lovely stacks and stashes! But then, your art hinted at the treasures that must be residing somewhere in your studio. The lace, eggshells and paper are teasing my fingers...begging to be touched. Thank you for sharing!

    1. thank you for initiating the madness.
indeed, it all shows up in the work.
      a bit of a minimalist,
i tend not to keep extra piles around.
      although extraneous beauty
      doesn't hurt.

  6. Anca,
    your stashes
    are lovely poems
    of quiet whites,
    tender creams,
    delicate eggshell
    and weathered gray
    oh
    the things we hold dear
    that give wings
    to our dreams
    thank you for sharing...

    1. perhaps
      i hold these delicate
      dreams
      because in real life
      i am anything but.
      ever delicate,
      your poems
      press the essence
      out of the hour.

This is not my first visit to your blog but the first time I have lingered and delighted in all I have seen. Thank you for letting me in to your creative life to look around. Beautiful.

  14. dearest, your stacks make me so happy! they are, each and every one of them, completely gorgeous.

wouldn't it be grand if all of the artists who visit your blog did a post featuring photos of their stash?
